As a Junior School CRT, you will deliver planned learning, support student wellbeing, and maintain positive, caring classroom environments aligned with Carey’s values.

The Average Day:
  • Deliver planned learning programs across Junior School classrooms
  • Support students’ academic, social and emotional wellbeing
  • Maintain clear routines and positive classroom management
  • Supervise students during yard duty as required
  • Collaborate with Junior School teachers and support staff
The Person:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
  • Experience working with Junior School–aged students
  • Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
  • A flexible, caring and professional approach to CRT work
  • A commitment to student wellbeing and Carey’s values
  • Required skill/experience 5
A valid Victorian Institute Teaching (VIT) registration is a requirement of employment in this position.
